How dose Multi Form work???
You split into 2 or more forms.
Is the Power level the same as one form, or is half of one form???
If the Power is the Same, why dosen't all of the Z fighters use it (of those who can use it)

Well, originally, they (Goku, and some other people) used a technique (name, Pen2?) where they can move fast enough so that you see an afterimage.

Later, Tenshinhan shows up. I believe that in the first tournament that Goku and Tenshinhan fought in (maybe second?), he uses the multi form technique (Where he split to four Tenshinhans and used his 12 eyes to watch and blast Goku from the four corners of the tournament 'ring'). During that fight, it was said (by either Goku or Tenshinhan, or both, later as well) that the technique had two weakness. First, it split the power and focus of the person in four directions (and thus each was really weak). And second, well, one word. . .Taiyo-ken (Solar Flare). ^_^;;

Hope that helps. . .

Yeah. It's harder for them to focus because they are doing it from several points of view, and their ki level is divided. ^^

But Goku's original form did not split his ki level because he was moving so fast, he left an after-image (he moved faster than the speed of light).

I'm sorta confused over goku/roshi's afterimage move. Half the time i get told it's Zanzoken, the other time its One pattern (wan pattaan) so no idea really ^_^ I just say Zanzoken for convienience

and Tenshinhan's 12-eyes split form is Shishin no Ken

and more on multi-form. Krillin and Piccolo shouldn't be able to use it. It's only in the anime that it's used by anyone other then Tenshinhan (I think)

i think its Zenoken "a quickly moving image that can not be seen by the human eye but leaves a reflection or mirrage as he moves"

Hehe ... I believe that Kulilen and Piccolo use it a couple times, though ... ?

Yeah Piccolo is definatly the best user of this move

The Multi-Form that surrounds makes sence, but the Multi-Form that can go wherever you like dosen't
Do they know what each other is doing???
Are the seperate ones in control of the orignal ones???

Do you remember when Piccolo was training Gohan, for the saiy-jin saga and Piccolo use the double multi form technique and piccolo, replica startig destroying stuff and nearly killed the actual piccolo himself,so thats probly the best example

Well, (I think) like Vegeta(BigBang) said. Piccolo can do a technique a lot like MultiForm, but both (if he splits to two) of him can each think seperately, so it makes it better for training. I believe it was shown in the manga, if not. . .well, he can also grow taller then Godzilla, stretch his arms really far, and spit out eggs (if he wished), so he shouldn't have problems with that.

This multi-form thing...hmm...

Well first, the multi form that Tien uses in the third anual martial arts tourney, isn't the same as the one piccolo uses(i think), but thats not my point. The first weakness was said to be that because he split into four people his powere level was cut by a fourth, and also his speed (rememeber that non of the Tiens could catch Goku). The second weakness was that Tien only tried to look at people with his eyes, istead of focusing on the KI, which is kinda odd considering that in the same tourny he made a comment to Goku saying that he could never win because he only uses his eyes. Alas, Goku used this to his advantage, he did the solar flare and came out victorious.

Well, all that stuff is true (heheh, just like I posted above), but are you sure about the number of the Tenkaichi Budokai?

I can't remember exactly, but I believe that it was around number 19 or so, since the tournament in which Buu was awakened during was somewhere around Tenkaichi Budokai #2*

Erm, that should be the 33rd Tenkaichi Budokai, I believe. It has it written down in the manga discriptions at Planet Namek, though.

And I believe that Goku's and Kamesennin's move is Wan Pataan (One Pattern), not Zenoken. Not sure on that either, though.

about the multi-form weakness...

if one's power is indeed divided by the number of duplicates you have, why did Piccolo and Kuririn use that technique against Nappa who was more powerful than them?

*blink* Good question. . .

Perhaps they thought it'd be easier to win if they could hit Nappa with ki blasts from all directions, ever if each blast was weaker then their full power. Just a guess though.

*I can't believe it. Even though this fight is more about defense now, it must be hard for Aoshi to stand on his own after being struck by the Battousai's succession technique Ama Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki, something that could stop even Soujiro. And now, he stands against Shishio-sama. How is it? Where is he getting his strength from?*

because it's harder to block three weak attacks than one big one ^^
