i havnt seen any of them yet, but i was planning on buying them, what's it like? ive seen many screen captures from the series on websites, it looks pretty cool, and i saw a preview on an evangelion dvd, that's what made me want to buy it. (and i accidently added an extra b in the topic hehe oops)

it is pretty cool, the 2040 version though, because the animation is so much better and the use of Comupter Graphics is also very good.......its much longer than the original too

there's an older and newer version? can i get both versions on dvd?

yes......the first version is an 8 OAV.....it comes in a box set (called the Mega-Pack)

the new one is called Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040
that has 26 episodes and they currently being relased (at the same time the evangelion ones are)

im talking about DVD's here

So another one joins the ranks? One word about the series thought. Both are compleatly isolated from each other in wasy of story line. Theres the original and there 2040.
