well, I can't remember where but it said Castor shell were bullets with magic inside (I'm guessin made by Tao Masters). but the technology is so old no one uses it anymore and thats why shell get harder to find.

the caster shells are made by those wizard guys and girl on that resort planet, the do NOT have any tao magic in them, instead its from "mana" what the wizard guys and girl where looking for.

Caster shells' name are just their numbers.
