Lina and Sylphiel as a couple

Ok, maybe I'm just weird, but who here thinks Lina and Sylphiel could make a good couple?

Lina and Sylphiel, a couple?! Oh my goddess, what a strange pairing. I never ever thought about this possibility as the both simply cannot get along with each other in my own opinion. They're way too different. But then again ..... opposites do attract. But Lina and Sylphiel? *shudders* No way!

Interesting pairing except that neither character shows any sign of being a lesbian. Sylphiel has a huge crush on Gourry. Lina also has some feelings for Gourry which she tries to keep buried.

Let's face it, about the only reaction Lina has to other women is to get jealous if this are better endowed than her.

Recall her reaction to Amelia on two occasions. Firstly when she saw Amelia in the baths she just got depressed because Amelia had bigger breasts than she did. Secondly when Amelia tried to stop Lina from seeing Sylphiel and Gourry together (they weren't doing anything but Amelia jumped to the wrong conclusion). Lina just started beating on Amelia and said something like "It's bad enough that a younger girl has bigger breasts. Then you have to go rubbing them in my face."

Come to think of it, did anyone get the impression there was a kind of love/hate relationship between Xellos and Filia ? Although Filia always professed hatred for Xellos they seemed to be somewhat attracted. Or maybe that was just Xellos trying to get under her skin.

Xellos and Philia seems to be a popular pairing in the fan community, but I don't see it happening. They really do hate each other. Xellos destroyed most of her race single-handedly, while Philia is one of the few people who genuinely annoy him.
