I do not know exactly what you mean by offical translation, i have seen a really good translation on a webpage. but i would not remember where that was. anyhow this one seems good enough. Are you asking for paper copies to be appearing in australia?

I maybe the webmaster of this message board and Eva2000.com but am still fairly new to Evangelion.
What is the Red Cross Book exactly ? Is it like a dictionary on Evangelion ?

When they showed the End of Evangelion in Japanese Cinemas the sold the Red Cross Book there. It's an official book discussing a whole
bunch of the mysteries and notes on the prodution of the movie etc. It clears up a lot of the questions about the series and movies.
And yes, Ath i was talking about a paper translation. If your'e talking about the translation by Patrick Yip, i've already got that.

Do you think you could post the website where that is, i have a copy on hdd but i do not remember the webpage itself (which is not very nice). For those who are not familiar with it is a dictionary of sorts which does clarify alot (many spoilers)

Well it's hard to say the Red Cross Book pen2 gave was in Word document format and it was severely messed up in it's formatting of the text so I will have to correct all that before I convert it to html and hence to my web site.
I am also starting some freelance web development work to help pay for this site's expansion and hosting costs
(hence the need to have those annoying ads on my site etc - I find that the best way is for people to sign up for Alladvantage - http://www.eva2000.com/alladvantage to help support my efforts cause you yourself get paid as well for surfing the net )
They are pretty big web development projects that will be done over a couple of months. Regular updates on the site will be no problem but Red Cross Book will be a big part/section of the site.
What if I broke up the Red Cross Book and updated it section by section or bit by bit to my site ?
Or do you want to have me finish it all and then upload it the whole thing in one go ?

I have just had a quick glance over the work you have done. It is very good. I had not see the production notes before. (and i must admit i did not read too much of it now, i've had a long day)
When do you plan on having this section completed (and i will ask the same of Anime2001- i am on your mailing list if it is better to discuss that there)?
It is good that you have kept it in line with the out- look of your site. (Perhaps you could have a cover for it, a red cross on a black backgroud)?
