Where can I find more episodes with the Tenchi OAV plotline?

When it changed that Ryoko wasn't Washu's creation, and Tenchi was using his Jurai <SP?> powers early, I liked it.

Now washu is a 'mad' scientist that was banished? Give me a break the old stuff was better.

Welcome to Tenchi,

If you want OAV the only thing left for you is the manga (which is very good, so get it).

Also the first movie is OAV and the second is very boarderline (the first movie Tenchi Muyo in Love is very good, Teh Second, Daughter of Darknesss is not so good, the third ive never seen but i hear it is the worst).

Yes most people complain that the recent Tenchi stuff has nothing to do with the OAV, But it is sort of aimed at a younger audience who probly never even knew the OAV existed.

At first I hated the change in the show, but then I saw how much more tenchi did understand ryoko, for example, even thought she was blowing off her work all the time he didn't get to mad at her.
Although in tenchi muyo she was on the edge of showing her true feeling to tenchi, that's why I hated the change.

The third movie is the one where Tenchi and his house start disappearing.

They find out this freaky time traveler guy named Kane went back to kill Tenchi's mom. They go back in time to stop it/him. It's "OK" in my opinion.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that Kain was the villain of the first movie. . .and that the first movie was the TV series storyline (had Kiyone, and all).

Yes Kain is the first movie villan.

and yes Kyione is the tv series, but she is introduced in teh OAV- galaxy polices Mihoshi's space adventure is the one, one of the specials.

the reason i say it is OAV is that the characters personalities are more similar to the OAV than the tv stuff.

Hm. . .as you say then. I wouldn't be one to trust for very good info on (anything related to) Tenchi Muyou as it is. ^_^;;
