Does akane ever find out 'bout ryoga?

ok, everybody proberly knows the answer already, but i'm just woundering. i can't seem to find the answer any where.

and no offense to akane but i think that kasumi isn't the only one with the 'gloss over the import facts'gene. the ammount of obvious hints that ranma drops should have trigered something.

but then if she found out she'd proberly kill ryoga. or at least put a serious dent in him with a mallet

Um, Akane is smarter than Asuza at many things ... For example, she doens't name food and other inanimate objects. She doesn't screw everything up when someone appears "noble" and "valiant." [grin]

Mmm .... we're loosing the main question here.
Anyways, I think when Akane hasn't figured out by now she'll never, at least until someone presents her the facts clearly.
Just think about the bandana Ryouga/P-Chan wears. It's identical and no one else wears a bandana with that texture. The next point is that P-Chan disappears when Ryouga shows up and when Ryouga gets lost, P-Chan gets lost as well. Any person would have sensed a connection between them already, any but not Akane.
I remember the scene in the manga where Ranma and Akane are training in the dojo and suddenly P-Chan walks in with cookies out of Hiroshima on his back. Honestly, how should a pig get to Hiroshima and back and even if it could, how could it have buyed the cookies?
Or the thing with the necklace Azusa managed to tie around P-Chans neck. How does it come that Ryouga wears the same necklace with the name Charlotte written on it?
Akane is either to blind to notice what's going on or she has a suspicion but doesn't want to believe it.

She has no idea that Ryouga ever went to China, let alone Jusenkyo. I guess she's smart (after all, she tutors Ranma in math), but she has no idea what's going on in the world around her.

Personally I think she DOES know, at least some part of her deep inside. But she refuses to acknowledge it conciously, since her pet pig is now the only part of her life which doesn't go insane thanks to somethng Ranma did.

I think the reason Akane never figures it out is because it's one of the thing that's the most funny in the series,to see Ryoga just about to betray his double identity but gets saved before Akane notices :lol:

But you've got to admit, Akane must have SOME inkling about what's going on ... Although I can see some moments where it's okay for her to not have a clue, some are too blunderingly obvious. ^^
