Mr. Satan is cool. Hes always usin his noggin to get out of stuff. And he plays things off like when chibi trunks punched him during the tenkaichi budoukia right before the buu saga and sent him flying but satan said that he faked it to make the trunks feel good that he beat the so worlds champion. ^_^

So, what movie? Let's see. . .the camera brought to film Mr. Satan defeating Cell was destroyed, and the mic as well (later). Besides that, there were no other recordings of the battle that could have happened. ^_^;;

It was at the tenkaichi budoukai right before the buu saga. They showed a movie to the crowd with people in costumes to look like goku, vegeta, trunks, etc. And then it should cell getting beat up by satan and cell using "cheap tricks". So everyone believed that he beat cell.

Actually, everyone thought that he beat Cell before. That was just a stupid video that Mr. Satan didn't want being shown.

Oh, and it was also filler. ^_^;;
