If there is it would be new material.... cuz from what i understand they are only up to manga 10... and the tv series and both the X-mas special and the Spring special all came from mangas 1-8....

:confused2 Then again I know I haven't heard anything and I've only seen rumors so far..... Heres to hoping for a second season though. :D

I'm not sure at this point, but I hope they don't pull a Love Hina GT or something on us. ^^ I want a manga form for the new season to be based on.

I heard there wonŽt be another season, but they WILL have a OVA series.
I believe thereŽll be one about Motoko and her sister

The logistical outcomes of "Love Hina"'s onscreen continuity would be

1) "Ruronin Kenshin Syndrome": Like Ruronin Kenshin, the Manga version of Love Hina and the Anime version ran on two mutually dependent yet exclusive tangents of continuity, but eventually broke off into two completely independent paths. As the anime was never particularly faithful to the manga, a completely different story and ending may be the result of the next series.

2) "Tenchi Muyo Syndrome" Completely Alternative Universes. Enough Said.

3) "Continue the story with some fidelity to the original source." Since the Manga is still running with no signs of stopping or even slowing down, it would be SHEER folly on the part of Bandai not to generate profit from the franchise at the height of its popularity.

4) "Dragonball GT Syndrome": Spinoffs without the guidance of the original author. Less said the better.

or regrettably

5) "Complete Discontinuation": Ending on a high note before the concept becomes stale like DBGT, leaving us with fond memories of what has been.

The spring special does end with everything pretty much wrapped up. No more loose ends to continue the series without new plot lines. I would like to see more love hina but I wouldn't consider it to be all that bad if it ended here.
