Are there two Bubblegum Crisis
2033 and 2040

There are 2 BGCs, but they are simply Bubblegum Crisis and ubblegum crisis 2040. Don't know where you pulled 2033 from. There is also Bubblegum Crash.

I can't stand Bubblegum Trash... er... Crash. That one totally took everyone out of character and pissed off a lot of die hard fans. I think the OAVs were the best of all of them. 2040 wasn't as good. Better art, but the plot wasn't as good and the characters were somewhat out of character. Not to mention most of the characters look so different you can barely tell it's them. I couldn't even tell that Nene was Nene. They took her from being super cute to some sembelance of looking badass, which was NOT a good idea. Another note. No one can beat Oomori Kinuko(Priss's original voice actress) at singing.
