when is Patlabor 2 on?

I saw an Add for patlabor 2 on 'world movies'
but I missed the date and time for when it air's.
Can someone who know's help me out?

Ive asked this before but the thread has been buried. Is patlabor 2 any good? I realy injoyed 1 and ended up buying it.
