What is your favorite songs from Escaflowne....

The music is almost as good as the series itself to me.... I have a nice list of my favorite songs that ill post later but first i would like to here your favs .....

Promises Not Necessary, Angel, White Dove, Vision of Escaflowne, Cradle Song, Blaze, Chain, Shadow of Doubt, A Far Cry, Hikare No Nake E, Aoi Hitomi, Again, Fatal, Farewell, etc... too many to name, they're all good :D

Lemme see... i really love the opening. It would be nice if they toned it down and simply made it a ballad. It's really nice to hear the opening hummed by one of the characters or played on a music box. It sounds really peaceful...

Aoi Hitomi... It's a sad sounding, old english type of song. I believe its the image song for Hitomi and you hear it played right after hitomi snapped at Allen for keeping her, and then she chases van. Then later on you see her walking around the village wondering why she snapped at Allen. It's nice to listen to it on its own.

Tree of Love... not sure if this was ever played on the series. but its played on the movie near the end when Hitomi gets transported to an alternate universe where she looks for Van running around in circles on this tree. It starts of sad then ends up in a hopeful tune.

Sora's theme.... i know this is on the movie too... and they play it a million times... It has this eerie charm to it. It's beautiful.

I just saw the first few episodes and I don't any of the titles........but I love the operatic/enigma sounding songs. It reminds me of the music from "Excalibur."

I really like 'Farewell'. No words can describe how beautiful it is. I really like 'Sora' too. I know all the words. As a matter of fact, I'm singing it right now. 'Dance of Curse' is awesome. I listen to it when ever I'm writing battle scenes in my fanfics. But I absolutely love the American version of the opening.
