I'm bored....and need something to write....so, uh, here's a good question: Is Naga really Amelia's sister? I mean there's so many hints so suggest such a possability....and yet....no one ever says it right out....hhmmmm...here's a really cool picture of Lina!! It's from the back of book 7!! ...bored again....
First of all, where's the pic? I cannot see it! :look:
Is Naga really Amelia's sister? Good question. As we know, Amelia makes several mentions of a sister which she lost long time ago and who has dreadful laugh and towering proportions. And then the similarites. Both, Naga and Amelia, have purpleblack hair and beat Lina when it comes to the famous breast problem. But still I'm not very convinced of this rumour. I mean, the mentions are simply too vague to prove it. And as Naga never tells about her family, you never know if she ever had a younger sister. On the other hand, it could be possible. Duh, I guess we all have to decide it for ourselves.

ok, I just had to make the pic smaller, It's really cool. But yeah, you'll just never know for sure...*sigh*. If only they'd gone on with the series *sigh*

I will let you in on a little secret. Naga is really Princess Gracia, heir to the throne of Sailoon!! The reason she never uses her sword is because she saw her mother killed when she was very young , she wears it for fashion(sp) ..As for Amelia, who is indeed her sister (bloodline of Sailoon) she was so tramitized by the death their mother she can't even wear one , that is way she only uses magic as a weapon, like Naga. The site of blood to this day scars them very much. One thing I wish I were better at is remember what episodes things take place...I have a habit of running them as one big story in my head, makes things easier to remember.
I'm pretty sure but Slayers Royal explains ALOT of it.

Yeah slayers royal is just a game which was released on the playstation and saturn consoles.
Maybe someone could answer this question.
What information do you find out in the following slayers shows?

I'm not the expert for everything, Neojin. By all means, I'm not a great fan of Naga. *hides before all Naga lovers* Eep, sorry but she's annoying me a bit.
Nevertheless, the whole story is still a rumour. We have several mentions and things that point out that Naga is really Amelia's older sister Gracia. But can we confirm that 100%? Nope, though even I wish this rumour is true as that could make my current fanfic series a lot more interesting. :lol:
About Slayers Royal. What did it explain, Neojin? As far as I know, Naga and Amelia didn't meet there.
WARNING!!! This could change your entire thoughts about Slayers!
Do not also forget there is the entire Novel series of Slayers and not just the Episodes, those are just a very small part of the Slayers Universe.

Just for the records, I have read the first volumes of the novels. And I even got the chance to play a bit of the first Royal game. Though, I gave it up as my japanese was too worse. :heh:

Yep, we know a lot. But there's a way for you to know at least as much as we do. Learn the stuff on the Slayers Universe site by heart and you'll be able to keept up with us. ;)
Slayers Univers is indeed good...of course experienceing Slayers "first hand" is the way to go.
You know, people always ask what introduced you to anime. And to be honest I could never really tell them. But after this little convo and going back over all my old, and lost games...I can honestly say it was games like Lunar, El Hazard, and Slayers on the Sega Saturn and CD that inspired me. Beating the game itself isnt the reward...its the FMVs and storyline that drive you to completion.
The best info out there on Slayer, IMO are fan sites or "shrines". This is were you will find FULL bios on each characters and good details on plot interaction with other characters. Also for FULL details, the sites to look for are ones that give a complet summary of the novels, which are basicaly the series. But you have to be into reading like I am to enjoy them fully.

In theory, as much as we all love Lina.... other than having probably the most powerful spells, she's not real important to the Slayers Universe in terms of Storyline.
Got up to the Showdown Tape on Try...Oh man I was piassed! They end right at the finaly battle!!! Showdown, doent that freaking mean FINAL BATTLE? :lol:

Slayers was the first anime I ever saw (that was like 4 years ago, and that's not including the shows like Akochan, and Doraemon) and it was what started this obsession of mine. From then, I have been devoted to the series and have watched each and every show!!!...but I have very little knoledge of the games... i don't even have one of those game systems *sigh*
