Why is that the two series of FY only come in Box Sets? $150 at a time?

Because thats the way and the format that pioneer chose to release the series. The felt that it was easier then releasing them in small steps since the series is 52 eps long. Personally I like the box sets... made it easy for me to pick up :D... Then again if you don't have money, yeah, that could be an issue.

Say, there are 2 box sets, what's this ova set i see sometimes online? Is it a seperate story?

Yes, the OVA is a different story, occuring after the tV series. I havent seen it yet, though I think it recently came out on DVD

The OVA DVDS are slated to come out at the end of this month so keep your eye out for it. :D

If you can't wait you can always get the commercial tapes which are already out.
