I would like to know if it's true that there's an OVA on GEKIGENGER 3 ... if it's true where can get it ...

Yes, there's an OVA.
I haven't seen it, but I know it's about Ruri, Akito, Yurika and I think Minako going to watch the Gekigangar 3 movie at the cinema.

The Gekigangar movie they watch in the OVA is like "Death and Rebirth": the first part is a "recap" of the "old" Gekigangar episodes and then there is "new animation".

It's not a commercial release in the US yet so your best bet is getting it fansubbed on ebay. That's where I got mine and it's funny as hell!

Gekiganger 3.... Finally saw the first coupld of DVDs of Nadesico.... and i just love the fact that there is an anime inide an anime.... but if there is an OVA out there floating.... hmmmmm....

Well my friend find it 3 days ago and we've watched it ....
AMAZING !!! I WANT THE 39 EPISODES !!!! ... :D
They should make the 39 episodes ... it will not cost a lot they are always using the same explosion and the same transformation animation ... it's very funny and it cost less to produce .... ^^

hehe, I just bought some of the tapes of Nadesico and I would have to say that Gekiganger 3 is a masterpiece...

Hehe, those of you just starting out, pay attention to the Gekigangar 3 anime...it does get to play a significant part later on..^_-

I think Gekigangar is a whole in-joke thing to the anime fans that watch Nadesico. It's pretty ingenious in and of itself. I would also say that Nadesico is one of those studies into the anime fan's mind, on one level. Some story elements point to that. But I won't spoil it for you all. It's a great series.

Gekiganger is really a lot like macross/robotech... big mecha, pilots getting waxed, everything else.

In the manga, Gekiganger doesn't really have that much of a mention. Guy is still obessed with it, and Akito still likes it, but thats about it.

I just saw th OAV yesterday at my friend's.....what a riot! Some of the episodes were just the explosions and nothing more. And those titles! Still am laughing at the whole thing...especially the ending where we are left hanging about the wedding invitations.
