i don't know... i always thought that the original 'Fist of the North Star' was the funniest anime. it was hillarious. i don't know, my little brother has dragon half, and i didn't really think it was funny. CUTE, but not funny.

I would go with Ranma 1/2 and tenchi muyo as been the funniest series I have seen and funniest anime movie seen would be Porco Rosso.
