So far I have heard Tiffany Grant as the Supervisor/boss boomer, and the person who did the voice of Ritsuko's mother does Scillia
and Spike spencer does Mackey's voice, i'm told

Well episode (which was on last night) featured the debut of Mackey. And it was obvious it was Spike Spencer. The vioce just reeked of Shinji!
