The Gekiganger 3 movie is considered an OVA but other than that I haven't heard anything about an OVA... There's only the 26 episodes for the TV series and the Prince of Darkness Movie...

From my understanding there is 26 episodes of Nadesico. The movie prince of darkness,and there is an OVA of Genkiganger III although it looks stupid.
