Favorite Gun Ho Guns

Ok guys ...favorite gun ho guns...or is it gung?...oh well...who is it and why.


My favorite is that chick that can freeze time with her eye...and no I dont know her name...I saw the series a while ago...but I still am a fan.

Reason being thats just a billy bad ass power.

P.S. No fair saying Wolfwood...cause he is EVERYONES favorite.

I would probably have to say that Mid-Valley the Hornfreak would be my favorite Gun-Ho Gun. I liked the part in Episode sixteen when he played the sax and everybody got blown out of the water! Literally speaking. Plus, He suave, cool, and has more style that any other of the Gun-Ho Guns. So my top three would be: Mid Valley the Hornfreak, Legato, and Chapel! :D

While I like all of the Gung-Ho Guns (with the exceptions of E.G. Mine and Grey the Ninelives ... the former is annoying and the latter just ... ah, himself), my favorite Gung-ho Gun of all time would definitely have to be Legato Bluesummers. (I have my style ID thing here set to the blue version, because that's the color of his hair, lol)

I adore evil people ... I'm prone to going against the grain and worship the evil in any series, no matter how likable the good may be. Legato was simply too captivating to let pass by in any respect ... from his very first appearance, he was unsettling, unique, and all-around nifty.

1.) The soul's a bishie. (So that's a silly fangirl reason ... I can let myself go once in a while, can't I? ^^;)
2.) He's cunning. I really appreciate characters who use their intellect to their advantage.
3.) He has a very strong, very clear impact on Vash, and indeed he impacts the tone of the entire series.
4.) The fact that he's nearly always munching on something ... and once his food of choice appeared to be a strawberry sundae. Yum ... I love those ...
5.) Gotta love those powers of the mind that he's got. ^_-

Wolfwood (once referred to him as a Gung-ho Gun on training wheels, heh) is my second favorite, but since you don' t appear to want to hear about him, I won't say (much of) a word. ^^;

So ... my top three are:
1.) Legato Bluesummers
2.) Nicholas D. Wolfwood
3.) Midvalley the Hornfreak

You just gotta love any wandering Samurai, particularly if he shows up in an out of genre setting (in this case, a western).

Rai Dei was very good. I mean he had Vash beaten before Legato made him use the Angel Arm. Zazie the beast was pretty good too.

I think Legato was the most effective of all the Guns.... and the most powerful.

My least favorite was the spinning top fellow.... just what kind of skill is throwing yourself at things and people anyway.

I think Legato (and E.G Mine) should have had a cool Gung-Ho-Gun name like the others. "Legato The Apocylpse" sounds cool to me.

As for my fav GHG, I like Rai-Dei since he's one of the few not fighting just to kill, he's fighting to gain spiuritual awareness (which I assume is Nirvanna).
