I only just remembered then they were going to do a movie :heh:

As to why they sold the movie rights, well rare do make games, not movies;)

I think Perfect Dark would make a good movie.....A blend of Bond and BladeRunner :D

Though, whoever bought the rights just wants to make money, so they'll probably make a butchered, Hollywood production......

What so bad about a PD movie? As long as they keep to the game plot It should be fine and I don't see Rare letting them go butchering it.

Whats wrong with a Perfect Dark movie, I want to see it :)
Well it should be better than Tomb Raider, i hope
All i need to know now who is going to play as Joanna Dark...;)

Any movie could easily be better than Tomb Raider. Out of all the movies based on video games, it had to be the worst..

Good Plot + Good Effects = Good Movie
Video Game = Good Effects, Bad Plot
Book = Good Plot, Bad Effects

If you ask me, which nobody did, then it should be fine. I mean when you think of the amount of James Bond games and movies there are, spy flimes are popular.
