Okay just so y'all know I'm just going to do a lil ranty thing and if you want to disagree with me or call me ignorant and a dub basher or whatever you can but it's just my opinions so-- so-- so--oh fooey. Let the flam--er, I mean, games begin!!!

OH OH I'm SO depressed.... I heard on a mailing list that Viz was maybe going to wait until next year until they release the anime episodes of Inuyasha because.... (dun dun DUN....) they're trying to get it on TV!!! NOOOOOooooo!!!! my ultimate nightmare is blooming into a sickening reality!!! okay okay so it was probably inevitable but-- but-- NO!!!! Now it will just join the ranks of "those stupid japan cartoons" on American tv!!! I mean no offense ppl but most of anime put on tv sucks because of cuts and bad dubbing jobs, and for Inuyasha to become one of those.... ohh ohh I can only begin to speculate on who will do the VAs for Inuyasha and Co.... what if they do something as horrible as lisa ortiz (dubbed Lina Inverse) as kagome!!!! (blorgh bleh gabbbleh) What if, what if, what if they re-use dubbed Ranma's voice as Inuyasha!!! OhhOHhhOHHH!!! *goes off in a fit of unintelligible gibbering*

hah, hah, *cough* hah, well, this must be such great news for all of you who can't seem to get anime anywhere but off of TV....but for me... (sob)....kawaisou na inuyasha... anyway, gomen ne for all the ranting especially after all those posts about ignorance and how everyone's tired of XYZ-bashing and what-not.
I'm going to go sit in a corner and cry now......

Nooooo! Not Inuyasha!
I really hope it doesn't happen... Inuyasha is still ongoing in Japan, how can CN decide if it's an appropriate anime to put on the air or not if the Inuyasha isn't over yet? Several animes have been rumored to air on CN but have never actually made it on the air... I hope Inuyasha will be one of those.

Viz is still "shopping it around" so it's not certain whether Inu Yasha will be seen on American television. If it does, Kagome, your fear of the show being hacked to pieces will probably come true as I can not imagine an unedited Inu Yasha being broadcasted on any network, except maybe pay-cable but I don't see that happening either.

I don't mind editing Inu Yasha for television as long as an unedited version is available on DVD.

Kagome...let us pray...

WHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! they won't....they can't...it's just EVIL! this is why i hate cn....and wb....and viz...and all the evil people trying to do this...Damn those people who also make the Inu Yasha anime...I knew they should've added more blood....the amount added just ruins the affect Rumiko had added in the manga...naw....they can't.....they'd better not:mad: ....

*cough*

You know of course, if it does end up on television, you can always buy the unedited version which will undoubtedly follow. No one's forcing you to watch a bad dub.

Just thought I'd remind you.

Buying the unedited version will be the smartest thing to do. Maybe then you wouldn't suffer so much, huh, Kagome? Hehehe. i'm gonna go buy it myself

This show remindes me of Urusei Yatsura...I think it was created by the author who did Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2...

Its gonna be on adult swim later this year folks. But at least it shouldn't be hacked to pieces then, kept mostly intact like Cowboy Bebop.

yeah i couldnt imagine it dubbed... they should do subs instead of dubbing it... cant replace the japanese voice of sesshoumaru... such a nice voice ^^ *drools*

but i think theyd make a big mistake to dub it
