Series Scripts/Fansubs

I am looking for scripts to anime series, in particular Cowboy Bebop, Nadesico, and Nadesico: Prince of Darkness.
The reason I am looking, is because I have just acquired these series through eBay real cheap, but they have no english subtitles (Which is why they were cheap).


Tamachan, Access, Sky...I'm looking in your general directions....


Any help would be greatly appreciated.....


And, Eva2000, I plan to use the scripts to watcxh the anime, nothing more ;)

The only thing i can suggest is that you look through fansub sites, and see if they are nice enough to have their scripts avalible.

If your like me and most of the good sites are forrbidden on my server (which im not exactly sure what that even means), youll have to ask around.

I'd try and see if you could borrow the Tapes from your library or something, all are pretty popular series ask around for someone in your area that owns the tapes or DVDs

Found scripts for Nadesico and its movie, complete with timing for subtitles :D

Cowboy Bebop, however, is proving to be much more elusive :|

Sorry I'm still in HK and the net connection in the hotel is hardly the best, so I haven't been checking posts regularly ^^;

The best sites for the largest collections of scripts are the fansubs.net script vault and the #fansubs homepage (which is frequently down). The #fansubs page is the better one of the two, but it's a bitch when it disappears, usually just when you want scripts (I think the guy doesn't pay his net bill on time or something like that ^^;)

I'll have a look for you when I get back on Monday...I'm 80% sure that scripts for the whole series must be available, because a guy I know ordered the vcd box set thru me and he usually only does that if he can get scripts. Incidently, what price did you consider to be "really cheap"?

As for cheap....

$25Au for the complete Cowboy Bebop collection...9 VCDs in all

So far the bidding on Nadesico is about $60Au for the 13 VCD set and the movie is up to about $30Au for 2 VCDs..

Not bad considering.....

Still no luck in the hunt for Cowboy Bebop

The CB is not a bad price, for Australia. Unfortunately it looks like the #fansubs page is down atm, so you might have to wait a while for the scripts.

The Naidesico is a rip, don't bother. Considering that for a few bucks more you can get the movie with removable ENGLISH subs on DVD, $30 for vcd is a waste of money. You shouldn't pay more than $10 per vcd anyway.

Well...I don't have a DVD player yet, and if you add up all the costs and stuff, it comes to around $5 per CD..

Does Tamarket deal in such products? If so...how much ;)

I do vcds mainly as special orders...I buy a ton for myself ^^;
