Well Berserk has more realistic fight scenes... And the fights aren't usually drawn out for two or three episodes like Kenshin sometimes does... Of course, Berserk is only 25 episodes whereas Kenshin has close to 100 episodes... So there is a couple of fights in Kenshin which are way better like when Kenshin fights Saitoh...

In terms of violence, Berserk has probably more of it... Mostly because it is more realistic so you can almost feel the pain sometimes...

Overall, I would have to say that they are very close... Kenshin probably gains the upper hand but that's only because there are a lot more episodes and therefore a lot more fights..

Both Kenshin and Berserk have good fight scenes. For some reason, I like the fights in Berserk better, probably because of the medieval feel to them and the realism.
