ok...gundam is a damn good anime and if anyone says it sux its because they really dont like anime...if you hate an anime you really arent a fan..ESPECIALLY if you hate a classic anime like gundam...i know the dubbed voices kinda suck...but try seeing it Subbed...it just has a better feel to it...i have nothing more

Heh. The animation in GW isn't all that great when compared to DBZ and the like, but ... It has a truly awesome plot line that anyone with a brain would respect and admire.

i just wonder why the GW haters come to this forum??? if you hate Gundam then don't come to the forum to critisize it, we all have the right to speak whats on our minds but... i'm tired of these GWing hate threads... :bawling:

um, right...nice to defend one anime by putting down another one. <sigh> alright, pokemon is NOT crap...i happen to watch both shows. pokemon has good storylines and plots...i don't know if you've ever even SEEN it before, but here are a FEW examples. one of ash's pokemon, charizard, would never obey ash when he gave it commands. charizard is the evovled form of charmander and charmeleon. charmander always obeyed ash, but charmeleon didn't and charizard was even worse. so anyway, this went on from around the end of the first season to at least half way through the second. all the while, ash never gave up on charizard, even though charizard made him lose a match to his friend richie. charizard lost to a charmander because he thought his opponent was unworthy of battle. charizard would also constantly attack ash. well finally, in the episode "charizard chills", charizard decided to start obeying ash. charizard was battling a poliwrath, and lost the first round and got beaten pretty badly. charizard is a fire pokemon, so he was really hurt by poliwrath's ice attacks. even after everything charizard did to disobey ash, ash, his friends, and pikachu all did what they could to help charizard. when it recovered, it finally obeyed ash in the battle and beat poliwrath the second time around. this, in my opinion, was one of the best pokemon episodes that i have seen, and i have seen most of them. how many have you seen??? i bet you haven't seen either one of the movies. well, the first one, mewtwo strikes back is one of my favorite anime movies ever. basically, the plot is that there is a mysterious ancient pokemon named mew. the leader of team rocket, giovanni, pays a team of scientists to find mew. they find some of mew's dna and clone it and produce mewtwo. when mewtwo is created in the laboratory he has questions about his existence and why he was created and what his purpose was on earth. DOESN'T sound like a piece of CRAP to me. mewtwo breaks out of the lab and decides that he will kill off all of the humans and pokemon, and take over the earth with his pokemon clones. he viewed humans as being evil because of what they did to him and he viewed their pokemon as being slaves to their human trainers. well, i'm not gonna go on all day. i mean, ofcourse you are entitled to your own opinion, but so am i. you dissed pokemon for no reason, so why don't you TRY sticking on topic next time??? pokemon is a GREAT anime, that is why it is now in its THIRD season on the wb, there are FOURTEEN videogames for nintendo64 and gameboy, there is a FOURTH movie being made in japan...do you want me to continue??? well, that's all i have to say. i'm just not gonna sit quietly while someone disses one of my favorite animes out of NOWHERE when we are in a GUNDAM forum. lata.

Frank i don't mind those that critized Gundam, i mean it has its flaws, i like the series tho, very much :)

It's odd that the thread creator hasn't replied to our......replies. He was probably just trying to start an outrage of some sorts. Gundam isn't the greatest anime ever, but sucking? you must not have seen much of the series, Because it has well above-par mecha, plot, and characters..etc.

gw is my fave anime, it's not the best i have to agree ^^ but it doesn't suck that bad like u guys are saying it is, i think it is just simply a ~good~ show, it have flaws and stuff

Well gresh dern, this is called the "Gundam" section not the "Gundam Wing" section there are other Gundam series. But I'll admit GW Bashing has lost its fun since people started taking it so personally "Man GWing Sucks" GWinger says "Man I kill you!" Its not like you can't joke around any more, so friggin' serious. As for the creator of this thread, blah who cares what he thinks. He either started this because he really does hate Gundam, that or he just wants to make a bunch of people mad :finger: . In any case, to each their own. So some people aren't mature, doesn't mean we can't have fun. C'mon Gundam Forum lets celebrate! :beer:
