For those of you who aren't satisfied where Big O left off, the story's being continued!!!! Just not in anime form yet *cross scowl*
Manga 4 left off more or less on act 12. And I found out from my manga supplier that Manga #5 will be released in early August (place your orders now folks!) In the mangas each chapter works as an episode and there's five chapters per manga. So conceivably, R*D SHOULD be the first one in Manga 5 followed by new material.
If I'm wrong and #5 is just the finish of the series (which doesn't seem likely) then manga #6 is supposedly due out in February.
We might see more Big O yet. :p

I saw the manga go up to book 6 on ebay. I was gonna get it but some muthafucka outbid me and I'm so MAD!! I really wanted it, infact is came with book 4 too!! I hope that fool accidently burns them(kinda funny cuz if I won them he'd be saying the same stuff about me lol).
The manga could go higher than book 6 though. So how'd ya get the manga? Is it out in America? I didn't see it any comic stores. Damn, my Big O obsession is on a low now cuz I haven't seen it in a while but I'm willing to buy the mangas(very much so:) )

Manga 5 hasn't even been released yet. :p I think they were trying to crock you on eBay. Right now it's only released up to manga 4 which ends with the battle with Big Duo. 5 is due out August 12th I believe. So unless that guy on eBay has been rifling through Hajime Yatate's garbage can I don't think it was the genuine article. ;)
I get my mangas at Sasuga bookstore. The only problem is there's a 20 dollar minimum and it takes 4 weeks because they import directly from japan but they're really reliable, and you can order the first four and put manga 5 on pre-order as of yesterday.
Btw I'm going to gloat now *shows off her import single of "And Forever..."* Nya ha ha. :)

Yeah, now I'm glad I lost then, LOL. I wish I had a cool bookstore like that around my house. I don't even have a comicbook store near my house!!

*grins* I do all my ordering off the web. (you can find that manga store at www.sasugabooks.com) It's almost *impossible* to find an anime store where I am. There's one a few blocks from my house but the guy that runs it is incredibly rude. He assumes that any women coming in are just looking for "pink frilly sailor moon stuff." There's a good anime/comic place in the town where I go to college but it's the only anime store serving a very large otaku community so you have to get on a waiting list for everything. :p

Oh ok, cool it's online. Thanks for the link I'll check it out. Well atleast you have the option to go to an anime store, the closest one to me is 2 counties away. I hafta get my stuff off ebay or at conventions.
Well it is good to know that the story is being continued. It gives us some hope that the anime series might be continued. Start praying now.
