hell its basicaly the flcl trademark and you cant go to a website without running into it....
but what does it stand for???...

is it for Pirate king ?... or just Pirate mebey?...
or mebey it stands for Police.....

or is this just another one of those trademark Gainax enigmas that even the almighty is pondering about at this very moment...
