Leveling up

In FF8, I got Squall up to 100 before getting to Edea's house for the first time on disc 2. What's the fastest you've ever leveled a character up to 100?

Either that's bull hookey or you must have spent a lot of time in the training center, and I mean a lot.

I don't remember how long... but the fact that the monsters grew stronger as you did made it easy... as well as the bed in yr dorm.

Well they did change the level system in 8 so its not that hard. But it still must have taken days.

Where's the best place to level up? The Island closest to Heaven/Hell or the Training Center?

What I wanna know is what you were thinking Coign when you decided level up to 100 before you left the Garden? And wouldn't it have been a waste of time as Squall would be the only one at 100?

Because I tank my characters as soon as I know who I need.

doesn't that make all the enemies increase to the level of Squall though? meanwhile your getting low-level characters added to your party???
