Well, I thought I would skim through some threads about the Big O and hopefully find out what it is going on about but... well no, I can't

Its about a man named Roger Smith who's a negotiater in a city where everyone lost their memories 40 years ago. Nobody knows what or why it happened. Although the mechas are rather lame for the most part, every other aspect of the show is extremely good, especially the atmosphere of the city and the show's female lead Dorothy.

As for people who say its Batman, ignore them. They're idiots.

The best way to describe it Batman meets Gundam meets film noir. The series truly does have it's own visual style and has a great plot that makes you come back for more. Unfortunately that plot is only 13 episodes long and you want more to come out soon!!!
