well...it has just been released in Japan and i haven't watched it yet but i'll just for the fansubs...

The fansubs are out over irc. OAV 00 and 01. maybe i'll get them myself but there 240meg each and i got 56k. They better be damn good

Nothing, there is no difference.

Are you sure it's the fan-subs- that are out already? Maybe they're raw. I'd think it'd take a little longer to put out a quality sub, but perhaps I'm wrong ^^;;

The first OVA has been subbed, divX, high quality. Haven't gotten around to watching it because X is pretty low on my list ^^;

i'm starting to grab X OVA 01 [LQ].avi at the moment and i'm 29% done. This is the low quality version but it's the only one i can get access to all the time (FTP).

I'll fill you guys in after i watch it if it's good or not.

here's my theory...

i think the other side of the line needs a special server...
it's really hard to download some files via IRC since the interface is very confusing...

When using IRC, you need to know what servers or channels to connect to. Most will have descriptions that identify what they are, like warez, mp3s, etc. When you enter one of these chat rooms, you will have to get "invited" in to a discussion with another user that has the desired file(s) you are looking for. That's where you have to use some "get" and other commands. It's confusing at first, almost to the point of frustration, but once you get it, it's a piece of cake. Try searching for a tutorial or asking someone logged into IRC at the time for some basic pointers.

Yes it's true it's damn true i've finally watched the X OAV.

The X OAV focuses on Kakyo Kuduki and his powers to forsee the future. So the oav seems to be kinda like a preview and they show a good 6 minutes of scenes from the tv series featuring most of the characters.

All up it was quite good and the ending theme is nice.

I can't wait for the tv series now

Is X coming out on TV Series???

I'm still up to manga 16! It's coming out sooo slow... I've been waiting for awhile now......

But the character's much better in manga than the movie.

Who's ur fav characters in X???

I don't know their names so yeah, this is my decription!

I like the one who can control the wind and the guy who can forsee the future (the one's always locked up etc)!! :heh:

By "the one who can control the wind", are you referring to the older, mildly nerdy one (Seiichiro), or the younger blond guy (Daisuke)? Seiichiro is one of my favorite characters, and I've never met anyone else who likes him much. He's just so sane and normal and nice, but everyone else seems to think he's just boring :p Kakyou is the guy in a coma who can forsee the future. I like him, too, but he's not one of my favorites.

Let's see, my favorite X characters include Fuuma (see avatar :D), Satsuki (sociopathic hacker girl), Seiichiro, and Karen (the Soapland hostess who controls fire). I basically love all of the characters except Kamui, Subaru, Kotori, and Daisuke. They annoy me, the former two because they're spineless wusses and the latter two because they're painfully boring.

I've seen the first episode.It's pretty good so far.I liked the digital animation.
