I would go after Tasuki and say to hell with Tamahome. But, seriously, I would choose Suzaku to be priestess of. I hate the Seiryu Seishi, and so would do everything in my power to destroy them.

In response to The Captain's remark, I would like to refer back to an issue of the manga I have... Watase says that she had gotten several questions about the same thing, and her response was that it was a translated version of The Universe of the Four Gods, so that's why they all spoke Japanese. But, the anime makes it still in its original Chinese format, so that theory gets blown to bits.... But, I'm stickin' with Watase-san's explanation. After all, she is the creator.

me and my friend wrote an incomplete 400 page or so fanfic about that.. where she is the preitess of suzaku and i WAS the preitess of seriyu but i didn't wna to anymore and then they got a replacment preistess.. and it's really fun.. cause my frined acts like yui but she is in miaka's place and i act more like miaka and i am in yui's .. but the thing is that we already know what happens and everyone thinks weare insane.. even though i am.. but the story i alot of fun.. cause we change the characters.. like ashitare is a woman.. and miboshi isn't miboshi he is a character from rayearth... but i gues thats what happens when you have a 19 hour marathon and have nothing to do..

I mean, I truly doubt Tamahome would've tried to save a guy. And, even though the slave traders may not have attacked, I would've probably stayed in the desert whimpering to the heavens, "WHY ME!?" until I passed out from lack of food and water . . .

If I was sucked into the book I'd probably freak out but more or less decides to stay in that world. I have so much problem in this world I think I'll have better luck inside the book.

If I was chosen considering that males are allowed to become the priest for the Susako, I probably create a big mess. I'll try to create something nasty to make Nakago's life a tragedy as well as his comrades.

If lucky enough to gather all seven without falling for Nakago's traps, I'd wished to be the most powerful being in the universe and then I'll go back to the real world and its Global domination.....hehehehe:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I think I'd try to stay friends with all the celestial warriors instead of having a romantic attachment to any of them. I know that sounds lame, but romance makes me feel kinda sick......besides, it's a great way to get all the guys without looking like a "player" or something....Heehee Maybe I'm just really immature......:sweatdrop:

I've always called it a tackle that's kinda similar to a hug... Another one of my otaku friends on my hall says glomping is "a jump and hump"... :heh:

I've always seen glomping as a sort of tackle + hug thing. Of course, I often do a ::glomptacklehug:: on people.

As for being sucked into the book...I wouldn't have needed Tamahome to save me, because I'm a big tough girl. I could've taken care of myself. I'd still latch onto him though. Tama's cute!

Well, assuming this is back when I was 15 and thus hadn't even met my hubby yet... I'd try and stay with Hotohori and be an empress, although I think Tamahome is cuter, so he might still win out. I'd probably wish for different stuff than Miaka did too. Like if she had wished that Yui never came into the book, that would have solved a ton of problems - no priestess of Seiryu, no war, no suzaku's powers sealed, etc. Granted, I'd have to summon suzaku a different way, but could still just use the two shinzaho even if Nuriko still died.

Hmm...if I were sucked into the book, I'd probably beat up the slavers on my own, somehow wander into the palace and evenually become the Priestess of Suzaku just to hang out with Tamahome and gang. Especially Tasuki and Chichiri ;)

I wouldn't go back to my world because frankly theirs is a lot more interesting. No school! :)

be more sercured, train to be more stronger... find all the Warriors at once, i wont be weak and faint alot, and be a great priestess, acually think things threw, were Tasuki goes i follow, Chichri my good friend, Nuriko a friend, Chiko and Mitsukake people to look up too, and a hater of Tamahome, and if Miaka there, i would hate her more! But Tasuki... mroe then a best friends :) :) :)

Hmm...well if I was properly prepared I would be sure to learn Japanese, martial arts, rape-defense class (groin! poke eyes!), and really get in shape. Maybe take some rugged outdoorsy stuff.

God I HATE camping, so I'd have a hard time leaving Hotohori's palace...

Then I would complain about the lack of Western toilets and pizza places. But then I'd see the really hot guys surrounding me so its all good. :D

But then I'd realize there's the whole virginity, hardship, and sacrifice thing, so screw destiny! Miaka can be the preistess. We can have a deal. She gets Tamahome, and I get everyone else. heh. (Except for the little kid whose name I forgot...)

Seriously, some of the posters here SHOULD have been in the book. Would make for some more interesting anime (and less frustrating than watching Miaka be stupid.) :lol: :lol:
