Old Crusty Building

[Paradox]

In genesis 8, at the start of episode 15, or 16, Kaji is wandering around this rather small, run down, old building, when he murmurs 'my, what happened here those 15 yearas ago'. Obviously he's referring to something that relates to Second impact, but exactly what?
I really would like other people's opinions, since the house is too small to be used for anything important,like Gehirn HQ, so was it used as a secret meeting place, where something really important happened, like deciding to cause 2nd impact??

i will have to look at that again.

for me it looked like a rather large complex, or land site.
That there were lots of buildings all belonging to one company, one that was set up as a front.

ie stuff was built on th eland and it looked like the company existed (physically and on the market) but in reality it was just a name on paper, used to off set the workings of SEELE, (well this case the Marduke institute)

to me it appeared as just one old run down shed.. thats the point, it was a dummy company with no real existance, just a title and an empty address.
