Are all the Openings different?

When I got my copy of Vandread it had the opening in a seperate file to the eps. Recently while surfing the net I found a copy of it which is different. Instead of showing the male admiral pushing the lever throght to the bit where it shows the Vandreads was replaced with scenes of Meia from the flash back ep.

So I must ask: Are all the opening squences different in this way?

I don't think any producing company would waste money to make different openings for the same season,especially if the changes are not easily noticeable.I'd ask where you found the opening but it may be against forum rules

well, I suppose we'll have to wait until the dub comes out. Our fansubs don't have openings.

Well, I don't see why not. They are just inserting scenes from the anime. Its a cut and paste job, so it wouldn't cost that much.

Still wasted money.I've looked att he openings of the episodes I have and haven't noticed anything strange

Well if by that you mean the two I have seen, then you must be blind.

And it would be a matter of cents(or the Jap equivelent) to change the sections in the way they did. So don't give me this wasted money bull ----. I could have done it myself in under a minute (If I had the master copy's etc).

Waste of time then.It'd make no sense to give tiny changes few people would notice.I've watched the opening of episode 1,2,3,4 and the one from the site you sent me at once and still saw nothing different.Does anyone see the changes Wormy speaks of?

The changes are there all right but its probably the pre production version of the operning.

If you saw no differences, then you probably got the version. I don't know where the other was gotten, otherwise I'd tell you where to look.

To put it simply yes, ALL eps of vandread has a DIFFERENT opening. Although its minor; pretty much like a preview of that episode. A few seconds of the cut seens.

This includes season 1 and season 2

By the way Vandread is not the only one. Every Houshin Engi's openings are différent in the same way...

Vandread SS has different opening everytime. Just a little cut and paste won't cost the production much money (especially those clips were from the same episode they are showing).

VSS episode 7 has a different opening too, you'll notice when you see it. ^_^
