Only if the Berserk intro song was sang in English rather than Engrish...

Penals is the band that did the intro and ending songs, in case you didn't know, they are _TRYING_ to sing in English. I like the beat and the guitar for the intro, just ... their Engrish!

The song is catchy enough, but they sound even more unintelligible than your average American rock band...
...well at least they have an excuse, English isn't their native language...

I was wondering about that. I wasn't sure if it was a few phrases in engrish or the whole song. I like "Tell me why" a lot, cause it sounded halfway legible, but didn't care for "I've waited so long"(?) cause it just sounded... I dunno, like they were on pot or something.

You gotta give them an 'E' for effort. I actually liked the song and never once fast-forwarded through it when I rented the tapes. The ending theme, yes, but the slightly off-key duet of the opening had it's own charm.

I used to have fansubes and some of the had the intro edited out. I have to admit the ep just wasn't the same (and dare I say it .. Just not as fun to watch).

Now I have HK-DVDs (YES !!!!!!!!! Thx Takahashi !! Me be in debt BIG TIME !). Having rewatched the entire thing ... It's .. it's .. beautifull and it really amps up the mood for the series :D .
