I love how he is in the manga when well.. one of the many times Miaka runs off on her own.. when she's a tamahome's house, miaka just randomly leaves and everyone's like "where's she going?" and Nuriko just sits there "it must be that time of the month...." then, a bunch of pages later "what's taking her so long?" Genrou all the way. i loved the "fanged" seischi because he has the loudest mouth, that flaming attitude and yet the biggest heart. :lol:

I also liked Chiriko. Though he felt insignificant as a seischi, not only did he save the Priestess, but he also proved himself a very worthy Servant to Suzaku. His sacrifice, in the end, was one of the most touching of all the Seischi's deaths, despite his age. ;)

Seiryuu Cast

Nakago forever. who would think that this blonde hair and blue eyed hunk revealed his true emotions, a mixed up, and lonely life. His need for a mother so loved and a hidden feeling of insecurity and loneliness, were shown in the end. :(

Tasuki's the best! Saikou! And Psycho! :lol: The wackiest guy in FY.
I seemed to like characters with Osaka accent, coz they're always the ones coming up with funny stuffs.

Tamahome's my second best since he's the second wackiest guy. Also the seiyuus, (Midorikawa Hikaru) is 1 of my fav.

Third best has got to be Chichiri. Another 1 of my fav. seiyuus. (Tomokazu Seki)

By the way, anybody remembered the Nyan Nyans. Appearing out of nowhere with Taitsu-kun like popcorns.

I luv Chichiri!!!!! :dance: Chichiri is a source of quiet inner strength fo the Suzaku seichi, he takes the older brother/councilor role for the group, and I think that should be commended. Also, (I just know my not-so-inner PsychoAnimeChick is comming out) I think Chichiri is way bisounen with out the mask!:jdrop: :inlove:

I'm a huge fan of Miaka Yuuki, the priestess of Suzaku (Suzaku no Miko). Miaka always wanted to be a part of her adventure to make her wishes and dreams come true. For someone who was only 15, to be stressed going though her troubles of passing her tests to get into Jonan Acadamy and then to go though the all her trials and trubles she underwent being in the Universe of the Four Gods. She really must've gone though alot and I could understand why she came off a little confusing or annoying, I think it's fairly typical for a girl her age to be in such stress about everything. Even so, Miaka was so brave and strong as well as very sweet, and she really cared for her friends no matter what.

I loved her romantic side and I loved her courage for what she did as a priestess of Suzaku, she underwent so many hardships as a priestess and her strong will to protect really made me admire her even more. She might have been a klutz sometimes but most of the time I thought she was just so cute, but it's actually quite normal for someone her age as I mentioned before.

As much as people don't seem to like Miaka and Tamahome being together, I actually thought they made a great couple, and I say that because of the way they interacted together as they began to fall in love little by little, and that great chemistry they had, it was something so special.

Other characters I liked too were Nuriko and Tasuki. I thought they were so cool, so down to earth. I generally didn't like any characters from the Seiryu side, though I do hold a respect for Nakago because he trully had his own reasons for being the way he was. Suzuno, priestess of Byyako seemed like nice, and her relationship with Tatara seemed to be quite romantic, but I really still don't know much about her. Maybe something to look forward too in the upcoming Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden. All in all, alot of cool characters in the Fushigi Yuugi series. :)
