NEF quality for 2nd stage is a lot better than the 1st stage done by EF...

It seems episode three has just been released in Japan, cause the raw version is on the internet. From what I can tell, it takes around three - four days before Elite Fansub or NEF brings it out, the first season I have all episode from elite so I can't say if NEF got better or not. Though this time I think there equal in quality, though elite bright colors does makes reading a little less straining, sound weird but this is just my opinion, you might not like the style.

Update: Vandread 3 has been released by Elite Fansub yesterday, just saw it. Probably the most emotional episode of Vandread I have ever seen. Plus Catfight!:D

I still think his head look kinda weird now:eek2:, he could have glued the hair on the doll instead, I guess they have to do something for symbolisme.

Bart has become so much less a jerk than in stage 1.

Doesn't anyone have trouble with their explanation of earth went mad in episode 2? If they initially didn't planned to use the colonist for organ harvest, why is Taraku and Meijer separated, why are there people who take care of their skins, why do people take good care of their spines etcetera. I always presume that it was planned from the start and now they say earth went mad several generarion after the colonist left earth.

The intro song is kinda bad since ... well, the whole Engrish crap.

Another thing about the difference between NEF and E-F Vandread SS is it's just being released under two different anime fansub groups. Both of them use the same high quality raw. Of course, both use different fonts and color but in the end, the anime is still the same (though I still support E-F). :)

So far Episode 4 is done subbed and frankly I find it... interesting.
