Well, let's see. I've only seen a bit of Slayers manga and watched Slayers Gorgeous, and I'm a nonconformist, so ... I'd say ... Gouree or however you spell his name ...

I like Lina and Zelgadis, hes the one serious character in the group and the scene in Slayers Next where they were fishging for dragons and used him as the anchor was a classic

well im gonna hafta say gourry...hence the sn...anyway...yhe reasons being...Hes always so braindead which adds to the comedy in the anime...but then theres that sweet kind side that he has...where he will NEVER leave a friend or hurt them...always trustworthy and stuff...and also when it comes time to be serious he can be the most serious out there...like when he saved lina at the last episode of next...that was so cool...proving that he NEVER leaves a friend...well Ja No Da

i just saw the first season second volume subtile a few days ago, and my fave character is zelgadis, he's such a hottie and kewl too, and i love his personality, actually that's basicly the reason i wanted to see slayers in the first place, because midorikawa hikaru is the seiyuu, i love his voice :)

Hmm... the characters in Slayers that I like have to be...
1. Lina Inverse (cuz she's cool)
2. Zelgadis (cuz he's hot and has an interesting personality)
3. Xellos (because hes interesting)
I also find Naga to be to my liking, but she can be rather annoying. My friend is obsesed with her.... and she will only say how much like naga SHE is if I comment. Oh well, she only watches anime for bishounen. eh, I went of subject, ne? It'd be really awesome to be anyone from Slayers, though. It seems like their life would be so perfect.

Everyone seems to love Xellos. Me? Strangely, I find myself in the odd position of total neutrlity toward him. See, as much as I like the character, I HATE that damn attitude of his. Reminds me of every smug, manipulative, arrogant jerk I've ever wanted to strangle. And he gets away with it every time! Nothing bad ever happens to him! And so, I carry equal loads of Xellos-love and Xellos-hate, which cancel each other out completely, leaving me neutral. I'll go with Lina. I know it's passe to like the main character, but how could you not?

I like Lina and Gourry when they are acting all goofy and when they eat. They are the only ones who Ive seen that is able to eat more than me. In fact they probably eat 5 times more than me.

But other than that my favorite characters are Amelia and Naga-I like her laugh.
