If Rekka Shinen is a celestial weapon, aka one of Tasuki's special moves, then how come eiken could use it as well, even though he isn't a celestial warrior? any answers?

Tasuki's seishi power is speed. The tessen (metal fan) belonged to the previous leader of the bandits. When he died, Tasuki was not there to claim the tessen and the leadership of the bandits, so Eiken took over.

The phrase "Rekka Shinen" is what triggers the magical properties of this particular tessen, making it shoot fire. The thing is, anybody who knows this phrase is able to use the tessen.

Later on (after the first, failed attempt at summoning Suzaku), Taitsukun changes the ordinary tessen into a diamond tessen which only Tasuki can use. If Eiken were to try to use this new tessen, he would be unable to, except in a very non-magical fashion.

Hmm... that would explain why Tasuki was so lame when Konan went to war after Suzaku was sealed. Thanks. That's been bugging since I saw that ep.
