The Rouroni Kenshin Soundtracks - open source?

I just surfed in on a site wich had most of the Rouroni Kenshin CD's on a public non-ratio http server. Is the Kenshin music free?

well i don't think it would be free stuff... since it would illegal to offer such stuff which reduces the original studio's revenue income...

Well duh, but there seemed to be no indication of illegal activity on the site... t'was very strange indeed...
