Wooh!... My RoLW TV boxset finally arrived

... It's kinda all 'bout what the topic says, I'm now the proud owner of the entire RoLW TV Series... it also means I got quite a lot of anime watching infront of me :heh:, I'm quite sure to have questions to ask in a jiffy..

From what I've seen till now I find it pretty kewl, I'm slightly annoyed by the change in voices though (they sound different to me anyways :sweatdrop).. I also liked the look of some characters better in the OVA. I can say that the music's great, and Lodoss Island's kawaii :kawaii:, and that the series itself is in general veeeery good.

Congrats Nulani. :) You've obviously seen the whole OVA, so it should be interesting to read your comments about the tv series vs the ova once you've finished watching all of the tv series.

By the way, how long did you have to wait for your copy?

... It took around a month, I'm suspecting that the recent happening and fear for anthrax've slowed it greatly down...
It usually goes faster :heh:.

I also own the entire TV series, but I bought them each seperatly over a period of time.

I like how the TV series gives you the storyline that was told in the original 7 novels.

anyways how much did it cost you in US dollars and congrats for getting it hope you enjoy it.

Btw how many dvdds and what extras you get?

It was on VHSs. I would have bought it on DVDs, but those weren't on sale...
It costed me US$46 for all 9 VHSs, that was down with US$110 :eek:... it would have been 4DVDs.
