Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou... heard of it??

Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (aka kare-kano)is yet another great anime directed by Anno Hideaki yet it is not very well known. this is a shoujo anime and parts of it is extremely funny, and yet, Anno still sticks in a few phrases of philosophy that makes you really think about its meaning. i love this series.

i was just wondering who as heard of this series, and who has seen it. Your opinions on the 26 episodes of the series??

Well, I spent ages hunting this down a few months ago and turned up diddly. But anyway, i'm soon gonna see the first few episodes, so i'll give you my opinion then.

Is the english name for this anime His or Her Consequences. If it is, then I think I remember seeing a couple of episodes at my friends house.

Someone I know refers to it as "KK and J", which is so damned awesome. It's the Peanut Butter and Jelly of anime.

Okay, I've seen the first couple of episodes then. I thought it was pretty funny but I think it's a little bit of a girl anime (if there can be such a thing).

shoujo anime is anime that is made mainly to attract a more female audience. basically, the guys are drawn nicer ;) and there are usually some sappy romance in between. just wat i like, cuz i am a big sap.

now, examples of shoujo anime are Marmalade Boy, Kare-Kano, Hana Yori Dango, Sailor Moon, Card Captor Sakura, Fushigi Yuugi, etc.

those are my faves at least, and IMO, they have way cooler toys that go with shoujo anime than they do for shouen (boy-targeted) anime. come on! a pen that shows up under the special light to pass invisable notes is funky cool!! i finally got one of those! if u've seen HYD, you would know what i mean.

I've seen the first 6 eps, When I first saw it I thought that the inflection was very Eva, then I found out that it was by Anno. I thought that it was good but not great, but I'm not all that much of a Shojou Anime fan
