25 episodes in total last time i checked....
but they could have easily gone on for another 10 or so episodes to at least explain things a little better or give an actual ending...

If more will be coming out, I doubt it will be anytime soon. A continuation of the series is just a rumor so far. From what I hear, the manga is not finished yet and Media Blaster bought the rights a few months ago, so it will be available later on...don't know when exactly.
