Did anybody else pick it up yet? Its very nice. :) I've already seen all the pics except for one of em. The picture of Peorth and Gorgeous Rose.

I saw it in a webshop some while ago... then I saw the price label *shudders*.
.. I might buy it if I find it cheap somewhere.

How much did you get it for? I picked mine up for around 10 bucks. :) If anything, you could always try ebay. A friend of mine picked up the same poster through ebay... he spent 18 bucks including shipping for it.

~When scanner comes back home, will scan picture of Peorth that i was referring to~

Got mine for about $10 too. Very cute. But it's pretty much all picture, so it's not good for writing down any plans.

$10 for the calendar? Where at! I'd like to pick one up! =3

Hmmm. Actually it is 3-5 bucks more with shipping. If you're patient, you might get one for $10.00 with shipping on EBay.

I've seen some scans of the 2002 calendar and it seems as though the majority of the pics have been recycled from the 2001 calendar, except for the Peorth one and the one of the goddesses in wedding gowns and one or two more. Anyone own the 2001 calendar here?

P.S I agree with you guys on the Peorth pic though, its pretty nice ;)

Wow...you must be a big fan of OMG then  Personally I feel that the 2002 calendar is more for those fans who haven't gotten the 2001 calendar, the two are pretty similar except for the few pics that you mentioned. But I guess its ok to buy both the '01 and '02 calendars :p BTW have you bought any other 2002 calendars other than the one for OMG? Or anyone else for that matter?

I've got the 2002 AMS block calendar, the one in a perspex box with a large postcard for every day of the year.

Ooooohhhhhh it's gorgeous. Cost me an arm and a leg, though, mostly because of shipping (it's 2.5 kilos!)

I just got round (!) to putting up my 2001 AMS calendar, the 2m high one with the ruler on the side, it's gorgeous too.

Wow, kudos for getting one a block calender. I saw one going for ~100 bucks on Ebay a couple days ago. Congrats.

Which calender are you talking about? The regular 2002 ones are crawling all over Ebay. I got mine for ~10 bucks. I've seen a larger one, I think it was like 3 Ft by 2 ft or something like that. The block calender....best of luck to ya. =) If you do manage to find it, it's gonna set ya back prolly at least 50 smackers.

Ya know what I haven't seen on ebay in awhile? The OMG Poster Boxset with all the nice little extras inside. They have it at my local Japanese Mini-Market but its just so expensive. Lowest I've ever seen or heard it go for is 70 (its suppose to be 100.... ouch)

Meant to post this some hours ago, but AB inexplicably went down before I could do so... :(

First off, compliments to quaked for creating a really gorgeous wallpaper. *two thumbs up* Excellent work! :o

...To Jinshil: Yes, which amg calendar are you talking about anyway? (there are a couple out there) Is it the one meant to be hung on the wall? If thats the one, its a good purchase if its your first amg calendar, but if you have the 2001 calendar, you'll notice that some of the images have been recycled.

CCS calendar for 50 cents!?!? Thats really a bargain! (Is it the one which has Sakura on the front cover?)

To cloak: that box set is the bomb! Its a limited edition kind of thing so that explains why its so costly...yes you'll be lucky if you can get one below $100

Xerlic: Do u have the block calendar? Or anyone for that matter? I've been wondering how it looks like...

I wish I had that calender. =) I just have the regular ol' 2002 wall one. Someone mentioned that they had the block calender...Pelrun I believe it was. I've seen pictures of it...as I mentioned before I saw it on Ebay. I _REALLY_ wanted it but the bid was already at 70 bucks and the reserve still wasn't met. The few scans that they did show were absolutely gorgeous. I content myself by picking up "Terrible Master Urd" (one of the last 2 GN's I need) and the OVA Mook instead. :p

Poster Boxed Set? I don't think I've ever seen that one before...I'll have to search around for it now. :D

Yes, I've got the block calendar! Cost me a lot though... 3000yen for the calendar itself, and *6712yen* for shipping. Nasty. But I love the thing to death.

I also have the poster box! Yayayayayay! That cost me 9800yen, plus 4697yen for shipping. Love it to bits too, even if I can't actually put the posters up for fear of damaging them. And they're rather too large to scan.

Oh, and that rather disturbing poster for the NIT MCC you see at the start of the movie (the one with the barechested Tamiya and Ootaki)... that's in there too. O_o

I had a chance to buy that box for 70. I had a choice... buy the box, or continue to save up for the mini getaway I have planned (I get to buy lots and lots of anime where I'm going. :D Who knows? Maybe I'll still buy it after my vacation. :heh: )

I've gotten most of my stuff from http://www.animaxis.com/ - fast and reliable, but they only ship via EMS, and the postage costs are based on weight... :(

What can I say, I'm a sucker for Bell-chan :)

Xerlic

Yeah, I've seen that site before. Shipping is rough! For the Calendar, the shipping is almost twice the cost of the actual item. Too bad it's out of stock, I was considering buying it. :(

What can I say, I'm a sucker for Bell-chan :) So am I :D Then again, I'm a sucker for anything to do with AMG (or Bell-chan for that matter)...I've bought tons of AMG merchandise...posters, calendars, phonecards, pencil boards, artbooks, manga...you name it.. And I still want more!!! I wanna get me a nice resin kit of Bell-chan...there are so many droolworthy ones out there :p But they are so expensive...:(

"almost twice"? It's more than twice - go look at my post where I said what I paid for it.

As for it being out of stock... you really had no chance of getting it from animaxis unless you preordered it. The ones that got offered on the site directly were from the few preorders that got cancelled (after they got told it'd cost another 3000yen to ship it) - and they sold out in a couple hours or less.

Alright, I managed to track one of these down with the unknowing help of tfccreate. :D Thanks for refering me to houseofanime, TFC. hehe. They're selling them for 45 bucks with free shipping. Not too shabby. The calendar is so worth the price tag. Many many cards of beautiful artwork, plus it tells you what day it is! You can't go wrong!

To be honest.... all of you need to do a lot of comparison shopping when shopping for your Ah! Megamisama fix. Theres never a one stop shop for all your anime needs... don't forget that if you have local stores that carry used or new manga (maybe if you lucky used dvds? :D ) to support those places as well.

FYI... 45 is still to steap... could have gotten cheaper. :dodgy:

Oh, I don't doubt. 45 was the cheapest I could find online as opposed to finding one from Japan and getting beat over the head with shipping. Unfortunately, my school has no anime stores in the surrounding areas lest I convince someone to take a 3 hour drive. :D 45 was kinda pricy but still worth it.

I almost forgot that ah my goddess was more based on the manga then the ova and movie, I was thinking on why they would make a calander. I wonder if it is good? I would like to have one in my room, right with the love hina calander
