What is Niea_7?

Forgive me but I have never even heard of this series… What's it about and is it worth investing into?

I've only seen the first DVD volume. Some of the people behind Serial Experiments Lain are behind it. However, this anime is far, far, far different from SEL. It's very light-hearted, it has lots of super-deformity, and the general theme was just very cutesy. :)

I want to watch the next episodes.

Neia_7 isa great anime. Basically a poor college student, who works several jobs and goes to cram school, has a free loading alien (Niea) living in her closet. Niea is an under 7, meaning she has no antennae like the other aliens do. I've seen all the way through DVD 2 (4 total) and there is no plot formed yet, although one seems to be forming between Niea and the mothership. Basically its just a comedy without a plot, but the lack of plot could be changing soon.

Yeah, Niea_7 is pretty interesting. I've saw the first volume with a friend of mine, personally I find it pretty cool. I still wanna know what's the ranking system for those aliens. -_-

I remember seeing an advert for it in an anime magazine. It looks rather cartoonish and unoriginal. but that's just my first impression.
