Here I present the second Exalted Character adaptation, Chloe. Bear in mind she is heavily specialised in throwing knives, and hence her charms may not have the flexibility and variety of Kirika-Chan, but making her even more deadly when the fight is on HER terms.
This writeup is based upon when we FIRST see Chloe, who is not at the apex of her power. She will eventually earn her "Lightning Speed" that's shown in Episode 13; but for now she specialises in silent and distant combat.

Mist On Water Attack: A thrown attack that silences death cries.
Falling Icicle Strike: A surprising AND powerfully thrown attack.
Reed In The Wind: Unnaturally Graceful Dodging of Attacks.
Sorry, Chloe Fans. The begining Solar Exalted ONLY has 10 charms, unless bonus points are spent. However, those went to flesh out her peronality and emotions, which is ultimately more important for a begining character. Anyway, we don't get to see her use her lightning speed until 3 episodes later, don't we. :kawaii:
