Opinions on Trigun? My friends and I have been renting the subbs and they're awesome. Funny, kick-ass animation, a serious plot, etc. "VASH The Stampede!!!"

It is really awesome, it is one of the few series that can go from ridiculously funny and slapsticky to very serious and philosophical without being annoying. Even the dubbs aren't bad and I usually hate dubs. It's a great series all arround.

i agree with both of you.trigun is an excellent anime series.it mixes great animation,music,humour,and story really well without spinning out of control.
I want to own the entire series.

I loved Trigun, it was funny and had a great story , the later half i would say was the best

I'd have to say Vash is one of the most interesting characters I've ever seen in an anime. I've watched the first 2 tapes, and I don't think he ever had to shoot in anger. He practices the "Art of Fighting, Without Fighting."

ya its a terrific series... especially the way they did the dvd menus and enchanced the graphics and sound! Its awsome!

I say Trigun has a good combination of humor, seriousness, and animation. Not to mention good music; I like Legato's theme.

I did notice that the humor part turns into seriousness somewhere in the mid... err I think Azusa-chan stated this before.....

I kinda just watch it for the humor. Hey! I've only seen the first two discs! I thought ep 1 was hillarious :lol:!

If you watch Trigun ONLY for the humor, the series might become lacking halfway thru the series, if u know what I mean

my god Francis...hehe...sorry bout that...but seriously i think that Trigun is one of the best animes i have ever seen...and waht makes it even better is that i have seen only two episodes i still think that it is the besterest in the anime world...cause Vash is funny the episodes are drawn really excellently and that so yeah it all good:D

Yeah... Trigun is an excellent series. When i first watched it I was like "OoooooOoooo". In the middle i had so many questions.... And then near the end and at the end i had my questions answered.

Well, I've now seen (and own) up to "Project Seeds." All I can say right now is Damn. Can you say plot avalanche? The more I watch the more I like. :up::up:
