Lilika from Burn Up W.

Kinomoto Sakura of Card Captor Sakura.

Ogata Megumi who does Tsukishiro Yukito and Seki Tomokazu who does Kinimoto Touya. I'm a big Ogata Megumi fan, always have been, she does superb in almost everything and her wide range doesn't limit her to just male or just female (although I tend to prefer her male parts, since I love her more masculine/husky sound). And Seki Tomokazu does so great @@ he fits Touya so perfectly.

Ogata Megumi's performance of Ikari Shinji lent an extremely sympathetic vulnerability that redeemed an otherwise exasperating character.
