Teachers getting engaged to ELEMENTARY school students, and some rather obsessive same sex crushes (Tomoyo likes Sakura, Li likes Yukito etc etc...). I'd just like to know what everyone's thoughts are on this. I think it's cool, and very funny, what do you think?

Well said. Do you suppose soem of it was done for comic relief by CLAMP? I mean, some of the situatuins that arise are REALLY hysterical, especially when Tomoyo's mom gets all psycho ^_^

Of course Sakura and Syaoran get together EVENTUALLY... but that's not to say that Tomoyo stops loving Sakura.

Cardcaptors is evil because its centered around LI being the cardcaptor... all the cute moments between Yukito (julian) and Syaoran (li) are cut out because its not appropriate and all the other crap.

Ok, Syaoran and Sakura find out that they were only attracted to Yukito's power. They never loved him, because he is YUE (the guardian of the Clow book whose powers are derived from the moon)
So they found love in each other. :)
