How dose the Dinosaurs from Namak be the same as the one's from Piccolo "ranch". Even if Piccolo could remember what they look like, where would he get the DNA samples to clone them...and How could piccolo Clone them, he's not Kame

i remember the dinosaur that was chasing gohan when he was on Earth in training in the wilderness as being the same type of dinosaur on Namek when Bulma on the bike was heading for the cave and the dinosaur popped out from behind the rock ?

Oh, that.
Well, first, Piccolo is definately not Kame, I've never seen a turtle Namek ^_^;; (Note: Kame is Japanese for turtle).
And, Piccolo is basically Kami, that is, he is the other half of him.
But still, I don't really understand the question. Why're the same type of animals found on both Namek and Earth? If that's the question, than, natural selection? I doubt that Kami created all life on Earth, as life existed before he was there.

Where Gohan trained in the Saiyan Saga, It was like Namak. Gohan said Namak looked like the place where he trained with Piccolo. So how did Piccolo get his "land" to look like Namak

He just said it was 'like' Namek, meaning. . .it was the same type of terrain and area. (water, land, etc).

Um, he didn't say that Namek was like the place that he trained at. He said that it was like Earth. I recently watched that episode. Bulma told Gohan and Kulilen not to go outside because there might be poisonous gasses in the air, and then she looks out the window and they're standing outside. ^^

The dinosaurs? Well, that's a weird one. Why did Gohan have a pet dragon in 'The Tree of Might' movie?

No, it's not Shenlon.
It's a baby dragon that they put in a few of the movies for some reason.
