Chao-tzu comes back to life using the Namek-sei Dragonballs. (Note: The Dragonballs of Namek can wish someone back an infinite number of times).

Shenlon (or whatever his name is) can revive more than one person at a time. The wish, however, is a little difficult. Kami and Mr. Popo manage to revive the entire planet Namek by wishing "For everyone killed by Freiza's evil deeds within the past year to return to life!" So, evidently, they all need to be killed/died from the same thing and it has to have a time limit.

The one year time limit doesn't need to be said. It's already there, if someone died more than a year ago, too bad (although that can be worked around).
And the wishing can be easy. Like, "I wish for everyone that wasn't evil that died in the last 24 hours to be brought back to life." Which is used in the after the 24th (?) Tenkaichi Budokai to bring back everyone Vegita killed (and also some other people, like Kibit).

That was pretty funny Buranku.Anyway,what happened to him where did he go,I mean one minute he's waiting for the others to come back from fighting the androids,the next he's dissappeared from the earth.
