favorite episode (for all EH series)

yet again, another post to keep this forum up and going:)
well, my favorite episode has got to be the final episode of ova 1 where (spoilers:highlight text if you cant read it)where ifurita goes into the eye of god for makoto and waiting 10000 years for him , second place has got to be the last episode of AW :D im not a pervert or anything, its just that episode is really funny b/c of fatora and alliele's lesbo antics!

There is a majestic quality in the original OVA when Makoto and Fujisawa first enter the city of Rastaria.

I like all the episodes in Wanderers where Nanami and Rune were prisoners to the Bugrom. Nanami and Jinnai's whole fight when Rune were summoned by Diva to surrender was classic.

Last episode of the OVA when Makoto returns to our world with Ifurita's staff. Wow that was fantastic.

right, that was a pretty good ending, thats my favorite ending after bebop's. the only thing i havent figured out is how long did it take for makoto to get there, becuase he looks a lot older in the ending

My guess is that it took him 5-10 years to figure out how to get back. That allows for the time it takes for EH2 and Alternative World to happen as well.

magnifecent world only took 3-4 days and AW took only one day (in EH anime timeline)

hmm well if you remember makoto had to go through lots of crap. there were a lot of ovas where makoto was still searching a way to find her, like the ova with kalia who was incredibly evil who awoke some worser than God's eye. then the other ova where we met the new water preistess qwaor ( i think thats how u spell it :heh: ) and he ended up in some other time where he met that old man who was the universe or something. overall i think it took him a few years, and like iwakura said i believe maybe 5 to 10 years :D

in the ova ending, didnt all of the el hazard characters stayed on earth? becuase they had those scenes in the ending...and those scenes of ifurita and makoto in the same class

well in the end of the ova, they all came with him it seems, like fatal said, in the end we see scenes of everyone in makotos dimension. so i guess they all came with him, we know that they cant just leave makoto now can they hehe :D hmmm if makoto did come back hed be the oldest uh was he a junior ? :heh: hmm i dunno maybe they stayed for a while but i wonder if makoto has the ability to go back to el hazard also

Hmmm...

The ending could be showing what's to come. Or it could just be omake that is unrelated to what happened in the main story.

The scenes of Makoto and Ifurita may have been from when Makoto gave Ifurita his memories.

FO has a good theory in that Makoto can come and go as he wishes. It would be fun for him to bring the Rastaria gang (except perhaps Fatora) for a tour.

The key question is what Makoto considers his home now. Is it earth or El Hazard?

In El Hazard 2, Makoto made a statement to Kalia that could be interpreted as he now viewed El Hazard as his home. Makoto wasn't driven to get back to earth, but to retrieve Ifurita.

hmmm who knows, well since he can suppsedly go from earth or el hazard it really doesnt matter where he lives hehe :D but if it was me id prob live in el hazard since its so open and nice rather the polution and traffic and stuff on earth

i think he meant that el hazard is his 'home away from home', and besides, he probably knew that he'll be there for a LOOOOOOOOONG time so he probably considered it his home...but it still think he wants to stay on earth, to continue his studies. but im guessing that he'll be able to travel back and forth from EH and earth (that would be the wise ending). anyhow, EH needs a finishing sequel...we may have to wait 10 years for that

yea...the creator didnt finish three of his most popular works (dual, el hazard and tenchi), although he's continuing tenchi right now

you never knew the creator didnt finishe three of his works? theres also a chance that we may never see a sequel for EH and dual, becuase the one of the reasons he continued tenchi becuase of its increasing popularity in america

hehe to begin with i never knew the creator made tenchi also :heh: well some bits of el hazard are done depending on which series. i thought tenchi muyo was done for good also, oh well :D thanks for the info fatal :D
